4 k tv box goes straight into bbc iplayer and all itv programmes lost, message says invalid channel number

BBC Iplayer will launch when there is a poor signal, and if the ITV channels are failing, there could be a poor signal due to the bad weather.
Connect your aerial direct to your TV and see if the signal is poor for those channels.
