Hi, I have set up my new tv hub box as per instructions but it does not connect to my old Sharp tv so no error codes etc any ideas, ta Mikey

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

The box needs to be connected to the TV via an HDMI lead, which is supplied with the box.
Have you done this? If so selecting the source on the TV should bring up the setup screen.
How far have you got with setup? Just plugging in or and screens showing on the TV?
You say your TV is old, but I'm assuming it has HDMI inputs.
