OK, If the TV guide does not reappear, then you can try a full reset - press the button on the side 5 times to fully reset the box.

I have the 4k TV box. The arial signal is ok. Yesterday I had this problem where suddenly the TV guide only had a small number of channels, 1,2,9,23 and from 201 and up.
I switched on and off and re tuned the channels and this didn't help. When trying it channels I had a message cannot access while recording'.
This morning everything seems to be ok except the TV guide

What model TV Box do you have ?
Connect your aerial to your TV and see what channels are on the TV and see if the signal is weak.
