For the past 3 months I havent been abble to play HD content from my Talkttalk 4k tv box, the content is only 1080, it freezes and I get error 02110, new expensive Ethernet cable, so its either the box or the routter, speeds are stable at 64Mbps.

Hi RicardoSilva
Can you launch the YouTube app , found under all apps, and search for 4K Test.
Does the box play any of the 4K test Videos from youtube ?
Thanks
Karl.

Hi Michelle, after purchasing the fastest Ethernet and Hdmi cables the 4k Tv box still cant play Uhd Iplayer programs always resulting in error 02110.
I also resetted the tv box and its fully updated.
I need a replacement tv box, internet speed is stable a 66 mbps.

Hi thank you so much for the reply, yes you are correct I meant UHD, my HDMI cable is a really good cable I bought separatly it is an old cable so I ordered the new 2.1 cable arriving soon, will try that. My 4k Talktalk Tv Box doesnt have a power button to press.
Hopefully the cable arrives Saturday and then I will see how this stands. Kind regards.

Or the HDMI cable.
The box /app will check if your TV is 4k and able to receive UHD (I assume you mean this rather than HD) content. If it's not capable then only HD will be available.
The cable that came with the box should be fast enough, but if you have used the cable that came with the old YouView box, it may not be.
Either try turning the cable round and reconnecting (I know this sounds silly but it does sometimes work) or try another cable.
If never of these work then try a box reset by pressing the on button 5 times in quick succession. You will lose any recordings you may have.
Let us know how you get on.
