Just started using 4K box since youview went out of use. Problem is when watching any catchup programs it keeps switching to a current live channel. Ok it’s soon switched off and then back to the catchup program, back by me. I have tried a hard reset in which I then have to put all the channels back up via passwords etc. it’s getting a bit of a pain in the but to have to do this. Apart from going to another provider what an I do. Please.

Thanks for clarifying.
I've not seen that happen. One extra thing to try is rebooting your router in case there is something there causing an issue while watching catch-up.
Staff are not back until Tuesday so please let us know how you get on.

Thanks for coming back. The box is the Netgem 4k box
Access the catchup via apps. It seems to be More4 as it the one used the most. When it switches it goes to a live station not to a live program on 4
I have also done the switch on the side of 4k box and done the 5 presses. It does not do this regular but it is still annoying

Which box do you have? The Netgem 4k box or the TV Hub?
How are you accessing the catchup apps? Directly via the app, or via the programme guide?
Is this affecting all catchup apps or one in particular?
When it switches back to live TV is the programme you are watching via catchup being broadcast too? If so are you certain it's switching back to transmitted live channels and not the live function within the app itself?
Normally a hard reset is the means to clear these types of issues but you have tried this, so trying to establish a bit more info so more advice can be given.
