When watching soaps on tv there is a voice commenting describing what is happening how do I turn it off

You should also be able to turn this off within the settings menu.

 

This again varies by box.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. It's the audio description.

 

There is usually a button on the remote labeled AD or something similar.

 

Search for your box remote on this site and there is a description of each button shown if you can't find it.
