Why am I still being charged same price?

Why am I still being charged the same price for an account, which no longer allows me access to itvx? Not happy.

Hi

 

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes.  This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.

This will explain how you can upgrade to the new TV HUB.

You need to send your complaints to ITV, not Talktalk, @looby_lou2002.

 

However, to access ITV X you need to contact Customer Services during the day to discuss getting the appropriate box.

 

If you get the 4K you'll pay £5 monthly rent for it, rather than the TV charge. 

 

You may be able to negotiate a discount; you may have to recontract with Talktalk, so allow time to check all the details. 

 

Phone support is open from 9am, normal hours including Saturday.
