Hi
is anyone else having issues with the netgem tv box and remote?
When we try to view iplayer or itvx my5 etc we get a blank screen which is only resolved by resetting the box, which we do 3 or 4 times aweek.
The remote is sticking or just not working when changing channels. anyh advise?

I am constantly having to reset my TV 4K box as it is locking out all the free view channels and only allow BBC channels to be viewed. it as keeps loading iPlayer. i can select the channels using the remote but can not navigate from there . please can you let me know if this is happening to anyone else and Karl please dont tell me to reset the box as i have done this 8 or 9 times and i loss all the passwords etc.

I'm unable to send a remote as we do not have individual stock of these. All I can do is replace the entire box/remote. Would you like me to do this ?

The reset helped for the tv box but the remote is still an issue, the number 1 and 3 dont always work and the channel up down will change up to 3 channels with one press.
Any way i can get a new remote unit please..

By resetting the box, have you completed a full reset - press the button on the side 5 times to initiate ?
