My 'apps' do not connect without us reconnecting to our account, or switching the broadband on and off.  The other parts of our television work fine.  When we turn on the TV, it says 'apps not available'.

Is the new box connected via WiFi ?

 

Are you having any issues with any other devices you have connected ?

It is on the TV, I believe, but thru the new box we were sent a month or so ago
