Hi

Have you tried turning the TV Box off at the mains for 20 minutes to see if that helps.

Also, with the recent storms and bad weather, this can sometimes affect your aerial or the transmitter, so there can be problems with some freeview signals.

This is why we ask where possible for you to connect the aerial directly to the TV to see if those channels are affected.

Thanks

Karl.

Have you tried a retune?

Do you get these if you plug the aerial directly into your TV , bypassing the box?

Have you previously been able to view these?

Some of the minor channels do sometimes drop out if weather is bad, and if you've previously been able to get them, they will probably come back

The guide is generic and whilst the channels may be shown, you may not have a strong enough signal from your local transmitter to display the picture.

What signal strength and quality do you get? If your box is a YouView box this can be accessed via the settings cog.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
