iplayer keeps freezing and going off

had to have open reach engineer when this happened a few months ago

Seems to affect only ITV player.     Using TalkTalk TV box

Model N7050-T2C-8-AB2. Date code 25/22
Wired direct to router

Tablet has no problem getting ITV player

Remote Control doesn’t respond as it should and there is a rattling sound as though there is something loose inside the top of it.

Hi

 

Try resetting the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times.

 

See if this changes the behaviour.

Hi

 

Is it only Iplayer affected ?  Do other on demand services work ok ?

 

Any issues in general with the internet ?

 

Are you using a smart TV or a TalkTalk TV Box ?

 

If a TalkTalk TV Box, which model and how is it connected ?  Wi Fi or wired directly to router or via powerline adapters etc.

 

Have you tried Iplayer on other devces ?  Tablets? Phones etc ?
