As I understood my new contract includes Netflix( free). Is that right?
On the Netflix page ( on my TV with the new box)it says that I have to pay an additional 5 pounds. How do I activate my Netflix without paying that sum?

I pay £12.99 per month for netfix so i can watch on my Tv and each time it only works for a few minuts then i is says Apps Avalible so why am i paying £12.99

Netflix is not free with any contracts we currently provide, but our teams may offer discounts when adding Netflix.
You can add Netflix options be calling in to our customer Teams or from My Account online.
