I need a new and updated system as I can no longer access ITVX or various other apps. I have tried contacting to talk to a customer service advisor with no success. Can you please also review my account as my fees seem to be rising every month.

To upgrade to the new TalkTalk TV Hub, give our customer loyalty teams a call and they can discuss this with you. If out of contract, you may be asked to renew. There is also a £5 monthly rental charge for the TV HUB, however our Loyalty teams may have discounts or offers they can discuss with you.
With regards to your current billing, log into My Account online and you can view your current billing and see all charges and any boosts or discounts that you currently have.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Your contract cannot be reviewed via the forum. If you are needing a new TV box and renewal of contract, you must speak to Talktalk directly on 03451 720088 or via Chat.
