My NOMINATED USER doesn't appear on the bill

I filled in a form to nominate a family member on my bill. Receive a confirmation letter that the user is added on my account. How to show off/appear the nominated user on the bill?

I don't think that is possible.

 

The only person that actually gets billed is the account holder and there can only be one, TT do not offer joint accounts.

It is certainly possible for the nominated user to make a payment on your behalf, @VladimirD.

Just to confirm the nominated user, does not appear on your bill, but they do appear on your account at our side to allow the other person to discuss your account in your absence.
