Hey there. I've tried using the code I received several times in different ways, checking I have the right item and even Logging out while doing it but it always says invalid.

A new code was issued 1st October can you confirm that you have received it?

A replacement code should have been issued last Friday.

 

Have you checked your spam/junk mail folders.
