hI,

My code was resent today (original e-mail did not display code) after entering the code by typing and copying and paste it displays "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.", it is the only item in my basket and i followed the link from the e-mail, i also made sure that it was the correct item ( White Ring Indoor Cam), i have some screen grabs if you need them, my forum profile is complete.

Aha! thank you, that was it, anyone else reading this with the same issue look under the "Buy now" button and change sellers to Amazon.

Ensure that the product is being supplied By Dispatched from and sold by Amazon EU Sarl. and not appliance direct.
