I was sent a code for this tech pack early in May. Going on line I get the message "code not valid"
I got in touch with cust.svcs, and was told I would receive an email within 7 days with a new code.3 weeks later nothing so contacted cust.svcs again and was again told within 7 days I would get an email with a new code and because of the poor service management would be involved .now 21st. June and nothing no email no phone call.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
