Hi,
I have purchased talk talk in January and have not received 100 pound Amazon voucher yet.
I have seen many posts with similar question.
Please advise from your side by when that can be sent.

The account number is sufficient, @kapi2103.
Staff also use the landline number to identify accounts - the mobile number is only relevant for Talktalk technical support if there's a problem with your service and you cannot otherwise be reached.
On the forum, all support is online on this thread, unless the staff need to communicate by Private Message.
