Being paying 6.99 monthly for Netflix add on for 18 months. Renewed my talktalk contract then out of the blue got an email from Netflix to say talk talk not paid payment. I contacted talk talk and they stated that it had definitely been paid. I sent them screen shots and talk talk advised that they would cancel my netflix and I was to subscribe DIRECT to Netflix as talk talk agent didnt think ( I didnt understand that as I can see on your website that you do) that my account allowed it. So I am now direct paying to Netflix. As I have heard horror stories about people being charged twice with talk talk paying and customer paying I wanted to DOUBLE CHECK that Netflix has been cancelled on my talktalk account. Please advise if you are able to do this and I will provide account details via direct message. Thank you
