So i payed my bill last wk. 3 atemps talk talk have tried takeing money out when already payed . Now says i have a admin fee of £12 as not payed aparently . Not happy at all .

Sorry that you are unhappy 

 

The direct debit issue was only effecting recently migrated customers from Shell, this is not the same issue. Your direct debit is active but payment seems to be rejected at the bank side .

It's important that you tell us which method you used to try to pay, @Jayandrews, so that staff can check whether you were affected by any of the problems with their systems or not.

 

It also affects whether or not you would actually have to pay the admin fee.

 

Does your bank account statement show that the money got through to Talktalk on the due date?

There was something wrong with some DD systems and ongoing with recurring card payments, @Jayandrews.
