Hi, my activation date was 27th of march on theory but it took ages to solve the connection problem and this morning an engineer fixed the issue. So, I got my internet more than 3 weeks after the promised date. I am asking for a compensation and an adjustment to my billing accordingly.

what I mean is that there was no error appeared in your systems. How can you know it is fixed when there was no error appeared in your systems unless someone manually triggered the compensation&billing update process?

As pointed out , it takes 30 days after the fault is fixed.

Hi, i dont think there was anything 'auto' in this case. The internet looked active in your system whereas it didn't work here until today the engineer came and fixed it.

Auto-compensation can take 30 days after the fault is fixed to be applied.
If you haven't heard anything by SMS or Email after 30 days pots back and we can escalate this.
