Bin blocking

I have a credit card set up to make payments for my service but in the last six months this has stopped working. The bank tells me that the problem is with Talk Talk but Talk Talk tell me it is due to the bank Bin Blocking. Has anybody had a similar problem?

Having raised a complaint with Talk talk I was eventually informed that there is a bug in the payment system within Talktalk that is causing problems with payments. This month my payment has failed to be taken again and I have not had an email to say that my payment is now overdue. I tried to go on My Account tonight and it is not available. This is now beyond a joke.

My bank told me that the problem originated with you and there was nothing they could do. They suggested I try a card with a different bank so I changed the billing card but the same problem is occurring.

The card number was scanned into the website so it cannot be incorrect

Hi CMJTW

 

The error shows as Primary Account Number (PAN) Range Validation Error.  Can you ensure that the card number and details are accurate.
