I originally opened the account with an email. This was the email I wanted all correspondence to be sent. When we tried to get my phone number changed to my old number from Virgin (still not working) I was asked for a second e-mail address. My latest bill has come to this second e-mail address. I can find at least two menus for changing my email but I am unable to revert it to the old email address as this address is 'in use'. I now have to log in using this second address. I would like to have things back the way they originally were, exclusively using the old address (the short one) and not the gmail one.
I suspect something in my personal data has got corrupted, and this may not be something that the menus can handle.
