Hi - been waiting on this since ordering in Nov 22, claim in since Jan 2023.
Confirmed my order number via TCB in Jan, in April it was updated to say waiting on retailer and been in that position ever since.
Is anyone from TT able to help with this? Profile details have been updated.

Still no progress on this, have had confirmation on here via PM that as of the end of last year they are having trouble tracing this because it has been over a year! Now Topcashback have updated this with at end of March with the following:
Hi there,
We have now received an update on this claim, the network has advised the “transaction cannot be traced”
We’re sorry we haven’t been able to recover anything on this for you.
However if you’re able to provide any alternative references we are happy to see if we can dispute this for you.

So basically, TalkTalk have taken over a year to process this claim, they have delayed and delayed and are now using the fact it has taken so long to say they can't trace this! Amazing really.
