I have recently changed the ownership of an account to my name but the login for my account keeps taking me to the old account - how can I update this to give me online access to my new account so I can have paperless billing etc again?

The old details have been removed , and I can see that the account is now registered successfully.

It may not register successfully unless you are using a different email address for billing?
Other than that, staff can take a look when they reach this during the week, @bunnychick.
They may simply remove the old details.
