Request to cancel Unlimited UK Calls Boost

I'd like to cancel the unlimited UK calls boost on my account. I don't use it. Never have. 

Frustrated that it's so hard to remove from my account - why is it not included in telephone self serve section? In the packages and services section under My Add-ons it says 'cancel these at any time'. With a big button saying 'manage add ons'. But when I click through - I can't manage my add ons. Madness. 

Really damaging to trust. Feels like TalkTalk is deliberately making it hard to stop giving them money.

I can see it has been removed, be aware call will be chargeable from now on.

That aspect of My Account has been glitching for over 2 years, @TheGrimBleeper. It doesn't seem to affect every account, which is why it seems to be hard for them to resolve the issue.

 

You just have to use Chat / call in to ask them to remove it for you. Lines open after 9am.
