I have been charged for a call-out, when I was reassured that this would not be imposed, as the box needed replacing. The fault was with your company and I have waited weeks for it to be rectified.
I addressed the problem on the phone/ chat many days ago, but have not had a response and had £114.86 debited from my account (23.11.23.)
Please respond and refund me the call-out £75
