I have been trying to set up a DD for my broadband but the system won't accept my sort code, saying its invalid! It's 04-00-04.
System doesn't like the 00.
Why???

This fault has been reported a few times recently, @Trigster.
Ensure that you have completed Personal Information in your profile area and SAVE CHANGES in there.
Staff will be back after the weekend.

Staff on this forum don't generally work at weekends and I'm not sure if they can set up DD instructions anyway.
It may be quickest and easiest for you to just contact customer services by phone or live chat to get it set up for you.
