Hi ,my latest bill is £72.20 which seems to me extremely high , I have tried to log into my account but have now been blocked for multiple attempts, I would like to talk to someone about reduced my bill or how to close my account as I am sure I can get a better deal elsewhere , please could someone help

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You would be best to speak to the Loyalty Team.
0345 172 0088 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
