Due to problem with router had no WiFi for one week, I understand I should be getting compensation for this outage , how do I go about ensuring I receive compensation.

Auto compensation can take upto 30 days after the fault is closed as resolved. If you haven't heard anything by the 17.07 then we can escalate it for you.
