Am I entitled to compensation and how do I sort it?
My phone went down on 7 August and then my broadband went down on 17 August. Both were restored on 24 August. I have received no email or text and I thought I would have been notified.

Once the investigation is complete you will receive an SMS/Email.

Thank you for your reply. I would have thought I would have heard something by now and that's why I've come on here to ask.
There doesn't seem any other place to ask. There was no chat available yesterday.

I would have thought so, @Jodis.
It would be a "total loss of service" and it's been more than a month since it was sorted.
Staff should reply during the week - probably too late today now.
