What’s happening with regards to my current complaint????
I am out of pocket and someone was supposed to contact me when the line was finally fixed which it was on Thursday last week

There is a call booked for the 13th from a complaint manager around 10am.
The manager will discuss compensation at that time.

Staff are not on here at weekends.
