Hi,
My current contract runs out on the 13/11/23. I am on FF150 so I,m looking to know who to ring in a few weeks time to start the customary Haggling process?
Would it be Retentions or the Full Fibre Team.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Arne,
Hope your well,
I haven,t chose anything as yet cause I went through Chat a few days ago and had several options, the first being the same package I,m on now, priced at £28..(oh that was a mistake from agent, apparently), which increased to £32. I then enquired about Fixed Price Plus and the price increased to £34.
Funny thing is, when I rang Retentions before Live Chat, I was offered the same deal at the same price, £26 and when I asked about FPP I was told this was withdrawn form packages. Umm. I was then offered the Gift Voucher, if I accepted this deal on the day.
So, my options are expanding, so to speak and getting a little confusing.
Can you shed any light on this please?
Cheers.

Don't do an online renewal, @GerryMac.
Phone 03451 720088 or use Chat to speak to the LOYALTY /better value / retentions team.
Online you are likely to find Supersafe / phone calls / TV added automatically and have to phone up to get unwanted extras removed.
Just use the above prices as a guideline in conversation with an agent and check the competition to haggle for better.

Hi,
Received an email today regarding my current package nearing it,s end.
There are 3 options
1..Staying on same contract but having to pay the increase next April..CPI and be out of contract but can renew anytime
2...Choose a faster package (approx £20/month more
3...Take out a new contract for £2/month more than currently paying but to pay the CPI.
Do they not do Fixed Price Plans anymore?
Is the 1st option the best?
Cheers

You can contact them any time within 3 months of the end of a contract, for renewals, @GerryMac.
It's just that, if you think you are unlikely to get as good a deal as you are currently on, hang onto the one you have got for as long as possible.
Any new deal will apply as soon as you set it up. The previous contract end date ceases to apply, and you have the new contract end date from the moment the new contract is set up.
