Hi my account currently shows a current order pending due to go live 6/1/24 (coincidentally the date my contract ends)
When I drill into "order" no details are shown.
I have recently asked for a quotation which I suspect the system is seeing as a done deal which is incorrect.
I'm quite happy for my contract to expire and to run on a rolling month basis.
Could you kindly remove this phantom order from my account.

The only open order is the removal of the unlimited calls boost, did you request this when you spoke to CS?

Normally a new deal would show up as applying the same day .... even if in error.
Definitely worth further digging ahead of whatever they have in store for you!
