Hello,
I joined Talktalk on 24 February 2022 (24 month deal).
My Account Dashboard says my contract ends on 21 December 2024. I have queried this with online support who tell me it 'migrated' on 22 December 2022 and I confirmed it after receiving an email!
I have checked and I received no email so could not (and would not) have confirmed the extension. I did receive an email offering a £70 shopping voucher if I 'recontracted" on 16/12/22 which didn't mention migrating and I didn't respond to it (and certainly didn't receive a voucher).
Please reinstate the agreed end date of 24 February. Quite frankly, another provider has offered a cheaper deal so I do not want to be tied in to an expensive contract for 10 months which I didn't agree to.
