I moved house recently and had applied to move my talk talk services with me. There were issues with the move of services and eventually I was told I could leave the contract as the planned move had failed and I had no internet. I was told on the phone I was free to leave the contract without a charge. I have now had a charge applied to my account and I am being chased for payment.
has anyone been able to get this charge removed? I can’t get through on the phone to discuss this with an advisor.
