My contact finished July, I paid my bill off….now I’m getting another bill for a further month which I haven’t entered in to , haven’t asked for,and don’t want ….. how can my contact finish, talktalk hasn’t asked me if I’d like my contact to roll over…..but expect me to pay.

I think that you will find it explained in Ts&Cs (linked at the bottom of the page) that the contract just rolls on, at full price, @Tianna.
Otherwise people would suddenly find themselves with neither broadband nor a landline. Wouldn't make sense, which is why the fixed term contract is a minimum term.....I.e. it carries on afterwards until you either set up a switch or cancel directly with Talktalk.
