I was with shell energy, paying by direct debit, do you use the same direct debit?
should you not set up a direct debit? Money was in my account to pay the DD I object to a late payment charge, I never had this problem with shell .

We are looking into this, currently the Direct debit is showing as cancelled on your account. the payment charge if applied will be waived.
