Discount disappeared

I'm a former Shell Broadband customer now with TalkTalk. On 11/09/2024 I got an email saying:

"Your Fibre 65 contract, which includes broadband and line rental, priced £25.44 per month, ends on 5 October 2024. In order to make sure you're getting the best value possible we've listed some options for you below.
As a valued customer we’ve decided to extend your current price of £25.44 per month for another 6 months which will end on 5 April 2025. We will contact you before this date to explain the options available to you."

 

I've since had no contact, but just received my latest bill with no discount and a message saying:

"Your discount has ended, which is why this month's bill may have gone up."

 

What gives?

You will need to call us (03451720088 ) and ask to speak to the Shell migration team as the offered discount has not been applied.
