I have not received any further information about the free Echo Dot offer since joining full fibre. My full fibre went live on 7-6-24. This is more than the 60 days stated in the terms and conditions of the offer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. It has been months and I have still not received an email with the details of how to claim my echo dot. I have provided all the information requested and not heard anything. What is going on????
