I have received an email saying I have not paid my TalkTalk bill. It was taken out under Shell and then put back in so I don’t know what’s happening. See bank photo.

Sorry that you are unhappy
Can you call us and ask to speak to the Shell Migration team, there is an issue with Direct debits at the moment but as you have already paid then then they will be able to resolve this.

@Christinehughes, I have removed the image from public display as it showed both your account number and sort code.
Please never display personal information details on the open forum. Any important details should go in your Profile, in Private Notes at the end of Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
There does appear to be some confusion at Talktalk with the switch from Shell. I'll move this to the billing section for you.
