As I used to be a TalkTalk customer - before moving to Shell Energy - I.m now unable to create a Talk Talk account. The system keeps taking me to my cancelled old account.

Hello
I had the same issue a few weeks ago, and it was sorted by the wonderful Arne. However I have just received a paper bill I didn't want at a charge of £2.75 even though June bill was electronic as My Shell bills were. Perhaps reseting the account to my 4 year old TT account caused this, so it will be worth you logging into MyAccount and checking your preferences.

Wait for staff to remove the old details, @Dikidido, and then you should be able to register afresh for My Account.
They will be back after the weekend.
