Why am I charged after my contract expired and canceled with an extra month fee when no service provided anymore?

You will get a further bill which should include a credit for the part month overpaid. You will be able to reclaim that via My Account.

Dear Gliwmaeden2,

I do agree to be charged if you still providing the service but after a year of complaints that our internet is not working as it should. We finally cancelled the  services and soon after it you cut the phone and Internet services. In the last month we were not able to use the phone line neither the Internet.

I will pay this unethical bill but NEVER ever use talktalk services again.

They do require 30 days' notice, @Att01:

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Cancel-your-TalkTalk-service/ta-p/2204737

See also in Ts&Cs (linked at the foot of any Talktalk page).

The 30 days may not match billing dates which have their own cycle, so it can take a while to get a final bill that actually says £0.00.

Staff can check that the cancellation has been processed correctly.
