I migrated from Shell (phone & internet).Payment of my first bill is due 27/06. I will not have any funds until 01/09. Is there a grace period between the due date and my service being suspended?

Thanks

You can pay via automated phone payment. You can use C/Card which might help.

I was migrated from Shell and the D/D failed so I had to phone up as they'd added a late payment charge. This is a known issue, so they cancelled the fine.

If you choose to use phone-card payment, you might cancel D.D in case your D.D were to work when mine did not.

Phone no. for automated payments   0345 172 0040   [have your TT acc number to hand.  When you type in the billing price, you leave out the decimal point - such as £20.88 would be 2088

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
