Hi Good Morning

 

Can anyone from support do a quick check to see where my reward card has gone as it's well past the 45 days from service going live

The gift card was on your site.  (I did go through topcashback but that's a completely different cashback and nothing to do with TT)

 

After you enter details under https://new.talktalk.co.uk/address then it used to list all the products available in like three columns. 

 

At the top in yellow it then said cashback card would be available. 

 

To be honest I cannot remember the value but it was part of the reason I choose TT as helped reduce to overall monthly cost.  (I think it might have been £75?)

How much was the voucher for ?

Did you sign up through a 3rd party site (ie comparthemarket) ?
