Gift Voucher

I renewed my full fibre contract on 8th Aug and was promised a £50 gift voucher triggered by receiving an email from which I could make my claim.
To date I have not received the promised email. Should I have done so by now and if so how can my gift (Tesco is my choice) voucher be arranged?
