Hi, I renewed my broadband and I was told i would get £100 gift voucher and was told to wait 45 days but I've still not received it. I spoke to the chat and was told I would receive it in 24 hours but that was 3 days ago. How do i get my voucher. Thanks

Our customer service has escalated the voucher issue on the 4th. 

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junkmail folders for an email from giftcloud.

I've moved your topic to the Billing forum as I notified you as this will get picked up by Arne-TalkTalk to follow up on the gift card being issued. Arne is not here today but will return on Friday and chase it up for you next week if necessary.
