Hello,

 

I signed up for talktalk broadband in April 2023 with an £80 voucher being offered as incentive on the website. 

I have contacted customer service multiple times, with the promise of a voucher being sent but no voucher showing up. 

Last contact at the end of July I was given an order number to send to giftcloud. I have received no response from them. 

I only joined this service due to the voucher incentive as my prior provider offered me a discount to match. It looks as though customers only receive their vouchers after making community posts. I regret to have to do this but I can’t see any other way of finally receiving the voucher. I am not impressed and regret switching. It has been far more than the 30-90-150 days needed to wait. Please can someone assist me?

Yes. I check both regularly for work. I have had no contact from either TalkTalk or GiftCloud regarding the voucher.
