Hello,


Its been  over 45 days since I had my upgraded fibre installed and just wondered who I contact about this voucher that was promised for the "inconvenience" of having the fibre upgraded.

 

Is it City Fibre or Talk Talk?

Arne, I've sorted. I spoke to the CS team direct explained and they credited my account £25 of which I've now requested a refund and got in my bank. Case can now be closed.
