Continuing issues with recurring card payment.

Hello.

For months now my recurring card payment hasn't automatically been taken and I've received 'missed payment' emails.

- Card is active.

- Checked with bank, no blocks or attempted payments from TT.

- Re added the card to my profile and it says everything is fine.

3 out of 5 TT agents didn't know what a RCP was. They just said "Oh, sounds like you need to set up a direct debit so the money is taken automatically", ignoring my explanation that a RCP is also an automatic payment.

2 of the 5 agents said "It shows here the payment was ok".

Me "No, I had to log in and manually pay it".

TT "Oh, well, it all looks good now so it should automatically pay next time".

It's not fixed and this time I got the missed payment email more than a week after expected payment and I'm worried I'll receive some sort of charge.

Has anyone else had this issue resolved?

It's extremely stressful.

@ferguson, Kerrylee123 had succeeded in creating a new post after all, I discovered after posting my instructions, hence closing this to further posts.

However hopefully the instructions and your link will help anyone else wondering how to begin a new thread!

You need to go via the three lines menu top right which takes you to:

1000000362.jpg

From "Help with your service" choose the Billing message board.

At the top of that you will see this, @Kerrylee123:

So you then click on the blue start a topic button. You have to select one of the labels below the message box to indicate relevance. (Selecting "other" is enough to get it to work. )

Then post in the normal way.

Staff will respond during the week.

I have the same problem,  but I'm unable to resolve this, and unable to start a individual topic.

Best to return to the message board and click on start a topic, @Kerrylee123.

Then corrections can be correctly applied to your individual account and not get confused with anyone else's.

Hi YorkiePigeon

Sorry that you are having problems,  There is a known issue at the moment with some recurring card payments, it has been logged as a fault.

Our developers will work on this, as its our issue if any charges are generated for missed/late payments we will remove them.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused
